We are looking for passionate Content & Community Executive

As a Content and Community Executive, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest social media trends. You should have excellent skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively and be able to reach the widest audience to create company goals. You will work closely with the Indonesia team, under the supervision of Content & Community Manager and also liaise and have intense communication with Singapore and Malaysia Region.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Liaise with the creative team to execute the creative contents.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily or campaign-related contents/activities based on plans from the creative team.
Responsible for copywriting social media, email marketing, invitation and other related content.
Engage with the all online communities and respond to comments, questions and requests/queries in a timely manner and monitor customer/clients reviews.
Own KPIs to grow, engage our influencers community and social media accounts
Support the Creative Team to execute the campaign with sourcing, evaluating, and building relationships with new influencers/agencies/talents/media and retain existing ones.
Communicate to all stakeholders including senior management at all regions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments.
Communicate and liaise with all internal teams and do report the social media/contents traffic and relevant community metrics to the Content & Community Manager.
Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within reasonable scope.

REQUIREMENTS

At Least a Diploma Degree in Marketing or Communication (any major can apply)
Minimum 2 years experience from the same field.
Ability to operate social media, blogspot, wordpress and other social media.
Passionate in content, social media and other relevant fields.
A good command of English, both verbal and written.
Good communication, service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate simple design/content tools such as Canva, Adobe XD, Stripo and other marketing/project management tools
Ability to work in a team with or without direct supervision.
Domicile Jabodetabek-Bandung

Remotely working
Working days : Monday – Friday
